Product Overview

MOLYKOTE® G-1041 Grease is a high-purity synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) based lubricant solution formulated with a robust lithium-based thickener system.  MOLYKOTE® G-1041 delivers exceptional operating thermal stability in both low and high temperatures, from −75°F to 265°F (−60°C to 130°C).

MOLYKOTE® G-1041 delivers excellent lubrication and noise control for both plastic and metal surfaces in excessively squeaky equipment with undesired high levels of vibration. MOLYKOTE® G-1041 Grease is well suited for equipment subject to low to medium loads during operation.

 

Applications

MOLYKOTE® G-1041 Grease is a high-performance lubricant solution that can be successfully used in a range of applications, including but not limited to the following:

Sliding plastic-to-plastic, metal-to-plastic, and metal-to-metal surfaces
Gears and actuators
Bearings and rolling elements
High-vibration or noise-generating equipment
Machinery with yellow metal surfaces or components
Low to medium loaded systems
