MOLYKOTE^® G-5133M

MOLYKOTE^® G-5133M is a specialty lubricant designed to operate reliably across a wide thermal envelope—from –73°C to 220°C—without compromising mechanical stability. Developed for use in dynamic assemblies under varying conditions, it minimizes startup torque at sub-zero temperatures while maintaining consistency in high-shear, high-heat environments. 

Unlike traditional greases that require seasonal or application-specific switching, G-5133M enables engineers to consolidate lubrication points with confidence. Its enhanced resistance to shear degradation and low volatility ensure long service life even in demanding load cycles. Corrosion test results (EMCOR rating of 0, copper strip rating of 1b) demonstrate its effectiveness in protecting metal components, while broad compatibility with Buna-N, EPDM, Viton, and other elastomers supports its use in mixed-material assemblies.
