MOLYKOTE® YM-102 Grease is a specialized synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) lubricant engineered for applications where grease migration and seepage contamination are critical concerns. This lithium soap-thickened grease incorporates PTFE solid lubricants to deliver exceptional load-carrying capacity and wear resistance while maintaining dimensional stability that prevents oil separation and grease creep onto adjacent electrical contacts, sensors, or precision surfaces. The low-seepage formulation makes MOLYKOTE® YM-102 ideal for sealed electromechanical assemblies in automotive, precision equipment, office equipment, and electrical appliance applications where cleanliness requirements are stringent.

Formulated for plastic-on-plastic, metal-on-metal, and plastic-on-metal interfaces operating under moderate to heavy loads at low to moderate speeds, MOLYKOTE® YM-102 provides reliable long-term lubrication across an operating temperature range of -50°C to 150°C (-58°F to 302°F). The grease’s excellent plastic compatibility prevents stress cracking and material degradation in engineering plastics commonly used in automotive actuators and consumer electronics. The superior oxidation resistance and thermal stability of the synthetic PAO base oil ensure consistent lubrication performance throughout extended service intervals without requiring maintenance or relubrication.
