Product Overview

MOLYKOTE® 1000 Spray is an easy-to-use, premium aerosol lubricant that greatly reduces surface wear and friction on threaded metal fasteners, joints, and other metal-on-metal interfaces.  MOLYKOTE® 1000 Spray is formulated with high-purity mineral oil and several solid lubricants for exceptional corrosion prevention, wear protection, and long-term lubrication performance.

MOLYKOTE® 1000 Spray allows for quick and complete surface coverage for large mechanical areas subject to high friction, heavy loads, and extreme temperatures.

Applications

MOLYKOTE® 1000 Spray is well suited for a wide range of lubrication requirements, including the following:

Bolted metal connections
Equipment with frequent assembly and disassembly
Cylinder head bolts
Nozzle head screws
Plastic injection and molding systems
Metal fasteners in harsh environments
Tension rings in industrial centrifuge machinery
