Performance Benefit
A number of different MOLYKOTE® lubricant formulations include Extreme Pressure (EP) additives to increase their load carrying capacity. The EP additives improve the pressure of absorption capacity and hence the wear resistance of oils or greases. In addition there are Anti-Wear additives (sometimes call mild EP additives) which also help carry load and protect surfaces when they come in contact due to load.
